Please don't take this the wrong way, but we have been through this before in other threads. Asking for the status-lines is not right.

What I have done (especially when out of the country) is call the regular reservation live (1-800-433-7300 or 817-267-1151) and ask to be transferred. They will ask for your AAdvantage number and, once your status is confirmed, they will transfer you.
