It's from a Japanese English-language car retnal portal (ToCoo).
That page (with links after the intro) shows you the manual for a Nissan GPS. And there's a link in the upper right to show you the manual for a Toyota GPS.
It may not be for the exact GPS you'll get, but hopefully there's enough similarity to them that once you know how to use one from the English manual, it'll be much easier to figure out another one.
By the way, ToCoo seem to say (on that Toyota manual page) that Toyota is the only car rental company that offers (but cannot guarantee) an English-voice GPS.
