KVS Tool does not "shrink" anything -- Seat Maps are displayed as per the data, provided by the airlines via Amadeus. Some airlines may choose to send data for only a part of the cabin, so this question would be best directed to them ...
Well, I don't know how it works, hence the question. One of the reasons to ask is that previously other methods were able to provide full cabin seatmap in case Amadeus did not. And now no other options exist.
