Darn, Western Canada! I am on the East Coast of the US, and was going to suggest Walt Disney World's Swan or Dolphin. I've stayed there many times (on points) and it's a great hotel, walking to Epcot and Disney Hollywood Studios, tons to do, of course you need Disney tickets too. But, that may be too far for you.
