I slather on moisturizer multiple times throughout the flight (these days, I use Clinique's Dramatically Different.) About an hour before landing, I get rid of any excess with a gentle toner that also helps wake me up.

For my hands and lips, I like Elizabeth Arden's 8 hour cream. You might also try a really thick, very waxy lipbalm that creates a barrier between your lips and the dry cabin air.

I always carry a hairband and bobbypins. Depending on how bad the damage is, my hair goes up into a ponytail or a French twist before landing.
