Last year we took embarked on a RTW trip in Business flying Qantas and BA. Had a few issues and Qantas, without prompting offered a travel voucher, and BA offered a substantial credit after writing a complaint about 4 flights with broken (new) Club World beds.

I have been told by BA that I can use the credit for any BA or QF marketed flight but it must be booked through BA. So my question is should BA be able to book a QF flight SYD-JFK on a fare that is currently being sold by travel agents and qantas.com?

I would call BA but would u believe they don't open on weekends in Sydney!
