That's one gripe I've always had about MH when I was a Gold back in the past. Seems like the barcode reader at KUL registers the bag as an EYCL bag and thus assigns the bag for a non-priority container, which refutes the purpose of the priority bag tag. Why they have the FRCL/EYCL/GCCL thing on the bag tags, I just don't get it--never have I seen any airline that does this. Priority tags (that actually work--except on UA) are the norm these days.
