When I call the old NW elite line #, I get a line about how Delta is better serving customers by sending us to agents that can do NW or DL. Then when I finally get a (DL) agent they'll say "oh sorry, thats an NW flight, we'll transfer you".

Then I proceed to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to get a general reservations agent. I wish the DL elite line agents would be intelligent enough to transfer us to the NW elite agents best in class
