Last called in to have my FF number updated in a record after status change. Took 15 minutes. The stumbling, bumbling person on the line asked if he could put me on hold. O.K. Came back after 10 minutes to tell me he had updated my FF number in the record.

Yes! Whoopee doo!!! The stooge HAD managed to remove the number and re-enter the very same FF number in the record! God save the Queen! [Champagne corks now popping.]
