I've parked at Burlingame Airport Parking many times since they opened. (The Web address I use for them is http://www.parkbap.com.) Great daily rates (usually $7-8 in my experience) and hard-to-beat weekly rates. The Hilton shuttle makes a pass through the BAP parking lot. It does seem to run less frequently than some of the off-airport parking shuttles, though.

I always make reservations, although I'm not sure if this is strictly necessary. On my recent trip to Brazil departing on Christmas Day, they were full (taking no more reservations). I lucked out by getting a park, stay & fly rate at the Crowne Plaza that worked out a little cheaper than two weeks at BAP would have been, but normally it's hard to beat BAP's weekly rate.
