10.If consolidating groups for a ride- fine- however please tell everyone the same time so that we are not stuck waiting for one person by the elevator who was given a different time.
11.Please please don't act like you are doing me a huge favour by giving me a ride to the apron position (frequent for me)- it is either a service offered or is not- one way or another.
12.Designate who are the drivers rather than rotating through the people on the front desk- it seems to not be fair to them- and delays the ride.

With regards to Nr. 2. Bring a cable or ask at the reception for one. Then you have Internet as long as you want...
