paid no-show count towards Gold status?
I was one night away from renewing my gold status, so I booked a room in late December at a local Courtyard, but didn't go there. I paid the full room rate as a no-show.
Now the hotel is saying that a guaranteed no-show doesn't qualify as a night's stay. Any words of wisdom as to what I can argue when I call customer service to try to reinstate my Gold status?
