Spoke to a Canadian Regional FA yesterday and asked her about her uniform (she was still wearing the blue CP uniform) and she advised that Canadian Regional employees won't be wearing AC uniforms until April and this is also when their procedures will change(ie. they still dim cabin lights for take-off and landing etc..).
