LHR-PHL will have power if it's an A330-300. The 332 and 767 have no power in coach (but Envoy has standard 110v AC plugs not requiring an adaptor).

Pretty much any "airplane power adaptor" you find in a google search will support EmPower and the "car lighter" style (though it won't work in a car lighter socket due to voltage differences).
