A330/MD-11: not sure, but given the number of seats I should imagine it is two as well.
In all aircraft it really helps if the (senior) purser helps, especially when the cabin is full. He is not obliged to pitch in, however, and many of them are experts at hiding from the pax for the entire duration of the flight.
