Flash memory cards are immune to magnetic fields as far as I know. Electric fields are a different story but people don't generally come across electric fields in their daily lives. However, when one gets zapped after exiting a vehicle, that's an example of an electric field and dielectric breakdown.

Avoid electric shock to the memory cards and they should be fine.
