As the OP of the thread in question ( http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/miles...hase-visa.html), I have attempted to keep the info current and summarize the process based on the experiences that FTers have posted. If anyone would like to add to that summary, they are welcome to PM me and I'll gladly add their contribution.

There is no doubt that the thread has become unwieldy, and I did attempt, early on, to limit the discussion to the offer at hand, and not redemption on BA, which is discussed elsewhere. Obviously, that request went unheeded. Add to that a lot of newbies (of which I was one, not very long ago) who have been attracted by the offer and have posted questions that have already been asked and answered many times and the thread has ballooned.

Unfortunately, the deal appears to be dead and this discussion is moot.
