OK, then, I will certainly at least try to get myself a tasty adult beverage in DCA. Thanks for all the feedback, everybody. I've heard good things about the Envoy Lounge at PHL, but unfortunately my layover is only 1.5 hours, so probably won't have much time to enjoy it. But honestly, I'd rather get to my destination than sit in an airport waiting, no matter how nice it is.
