It's 737-900 N318AS and it's called the "Spirit of Disneyland II". The livery, while predominantly blue, is different from the original. Mickey's on the tail instead of Donald.

Saw that from the BR recently - nice update ^ -- with the fuselage increase, they were able to fit goofy on the plane this time (not exactly visible from the airliners.net pic, but he's there )
