For availability, you can always use the ANA or the KVS tools, either of which are easy to find via the search functionality. Personally, I prefer the KVS tool, as I find it easier to navigate than the ANA website. YMMV.

Keep in mind that the same restrictions apply to upgrades as to reward flights - namely that the "cool" planes are not available.
Also, the inventory shown in KVS is identical to what ANA offers; ANA is the basis of what is displayed. One might be easier to navigate than the other but it is the EXACT same data.
