I got to use my certs internationally yesterday. Upon checking out of the CGK GH, I presented a stack. As I had feared, they hit me with a horrid exchange rate, which would cost me 10%. I wasn't happy with this, especially since my booked rate was stated in USD.

Finally it was worked out that if the entire bill was paid in USD, then the exchange rate wouldn't come into play. This saved me an entire cert.
