I agree about the service. We've always been quite happy with the staff at the Hyatt.

We were at the Hyatt Maui on Valentine's Day a couple of years ago. We had Valentine's dinner at Sonz, and really enjoyed it. Some places seem to cram in extra tables and try to rush through as many people as they can on Valentine's Day, but they did not add extra tables and it was not rushed at all. We really enjoyed a romantic dinner with nice service and great food. It was also nice that we could have an extra drink or two to celebrate and have only a short walk back to our room.
