It is your responsibility the bags requirement is cutoff time and it should have more extra time if you come to airport earlier is 2.5 hours in advance. You doesn't want happening again in the future. You should do yourselves to get more extra time due to high volume passengers through security screening. Please recommendation come to airport way very early due to overcrowded at LAX terminal 5/6.
