From previous experience it seemed that MH's response (the usual sugar coated lip service) was swift if complain filed in ftalk forum, although subsequent customer recovery service was nil.

Try filing in a complain by direct methods to MH and you get a big black hollow echo........ I leave it to you to speculate on why is there such a difference in the response rate.
