thanks for the input! we're booked for 7 nights at the hyatt over Valentine's Day so it will probably be mobbed with it being President's Day weekend as well, but I like what I hear about hyatt. I really have enjoyed my recent stays with hyatt in SF, Irvine, etc. and the staff has been very generous and really helpful with upgrades, breakfasts, and a general feeling of caring about our stays. I'm only Platinum and it's like this now, so I'm curious what it would be like as Diamond.
