Hopefully none. The Starwood affiliation really screwed up the property's comp offerings as (IMO) Starwood isn't adequately equipped to manage a hotel that is directly tied to a casino. Maybe some day they'll finish up the St Regis condo project that's been sitting idle in front of Palazzo for over a year now...
I have to agree. The PH program was always a bit dysfunctional.
One of the few international hotel operators that understand the casino biz is Hyatt. Hilton was, for many years at the forefront; but they sold out of that biz (for the most part). I always felt that the issues that New Jersey gaming had with Conrad Hilton et al was the beginning of the end for Hilton gaming in this country. Holiday Inn eventually gave up their casino interest to Harrah's.
