Thanks for dredging up this old thread, Kitty. As opposed to the menu listing up in the Stickies which features current services, this one offers more of a historical context. Have a great trip to Cancun. Here's a Western Airlines menu offering Fiesta Service aboard a Boeing 720B between Los Angeles and Mexico City back in 1975.
