The points requirements for all Hilton hotels are changing tomorrow. Most W-A properties including Rome are increasing to 60000 points for high season and 50000 points for low season for single night awards. See:

If you plan to stay 6 nights or more in Rome during low season, you can get the hotel for 37500 points per night from tomorrow. For high seaon 6 nights, it's 45000 points. Booking today, it's 40000 points for single nights. There are the GLON awards, see:
