Yep, even with Vodafone, as well as the Reliance NetConnect (not highest-speed, only CDMA2x) PCCard...

Note that with Reliance you won't have any roaming charges, but with the regional CCU prepaid card, you will be charged if you move out of the East...better to check and confirm.
