The cabin crew service is pretty good and the herringbone seats on India-Canada/USA flights on A330 were good too. Except for the 738 on SIN-India. My original complaint acknowledge this point right at the beginning.

Thus my thread title was mainly directed at the ground staff, logistics, handling of complaint, etc. Of course, the bads usually overshadow the goods.
