SOS are a great way to identify and reward employees that make a difference. Makes me feel good when I hand one out. And as all of us who fly a lot know, employee attitude and skills are one of the most important assets of an airline, and the SOS program allows the airline to identify, promote, and make standard-setters those who are true stars.

Selling these on eBay removes all incentives and makes a farce of the program. Shame to the person who thought of it.
