Sorry for the poor quality... I only had my iPhone available.
I think the suite was great, but the bathroom layout was a little strange. The two separate vanities were not very functional. The countertops were not deep enough, and the sink was trapped in a corner, which made it difficult to use.
The toilet was in a rather large room (5' x 5')... yet it was tucked in the corner. The toilet roll holder was directly next to the seat so that when on the toilet, your leg would actually touch the wall
and the toilet roll holder! I commented about this at check-out and was assured they would move the toilet paper holder. (moving a toilet would require some serious work!)
Another annoyance was the "low flow" fixtures throughout the entire city center complex. I like a high-pressure shower, which you simply can't get at the mandarin (or anyplace else in CityCenter I imagine).
Nearly any issue at this hotel can be overlooked by the incredible service. Every single staff member we encountered (without exception) was phenomenal. Not simply "ok"... phenomenal.
