I have made 2 Hertz rentals over the past two weeks.

I booked the cars using the Air France Flying Blue CDP #... and specified I would like to receive AF mileage for these rentals to top off my account.

Both times (LAX Marriot Hertz HLE & YUL Montreal Airport) miles did not credit. I am told that my rentals didn't qualify for miles.


WHY?


What exactly did I do wrong? Can I still get Hertz points for these rentals if Air France miles didn't work?
