The new AA "display" installed is wonderful with lots of info, isn't it? It should be! I just read that it is part of a $2.5 million dollar gate renovation project at AA's 48 gates in Terminal 3, Conc's H, K & L. The renovation project also does include installation of new gate counters and new display monitors will be installed at all gates in Concourse G as it's remodeled. American Eagle's 18 gates will get a one-screen version of this display.

But 2.5 million!!!! Wow!!! Maybe they can sell some of the used seats they removed to make room for the newly reconfigured more spacious & comfortable cabins.

O'Hare is the first airport where American's new gate information display system has been unveiled. The system will be implemented in additional airports throughout the country in coming months.
