The 21" has the suiter pocket with tie downs. I just tried the Eagle Creek 18" packit folder & just fits in it. It also expands both inside & outside (like in your review), and, has a smaller version of the outside zip area with tie-downs (I forgot what you called that). Compared to the 24" one I have, it is pretty much a smaller version without including the garment suiter bag (suiter panel). Mine is Aspen (grey) and is very nice looking.
If the OP can get that for $8.95 shipping it would be a great deal!!!

When you read the review there are other pics, too. I think this compartment works well for storing a suit and the panel itself is not necessarily needed, though it does help. The panel can also be ordered separately from TP.
