This is entirely my own speculation, but I'd guess whatever you can argue. I'd imagine a typical solution would be to try to get a court order to UA/etc to move miles for free to a separate account. In the event that doesn't work, and there's still a sufficient enough dispute over miles, argue whatever you wish, and it's up to the judge to determine whatever he/she feels is appropriate in terms of value. I haven't done any searching for this, but I doubt there are any published opinions regarding RDM value with some strong consensus (again this is purely my own guess).
