Wow, I can't believe you found one. I'd say this is the 21". I think Chris (crpeck) recently got a hold of a 21" in an outlet. If I remember correctly he said the 21" model does not have the suiter panel. I hope he reads this and can confirm.

The Flightcrew 3 quite certainly doesn't have the toiletry panel because that was reserved for the top line if I am not mistaken. Anyway, given the price difference, there is no question which one to pick.

I'd just act fast because given my strong recommendation of this bag and the review I bet you are not the only one who wants one. In black it is particularly rare.
