Quick question: why aren't you looking for an open jaw ticket? That way you'll avoid having to redeem miles or spend an outrageous amount on a one-way ticket.

Visiting just two islands in one week is more than enough. Don't push yourself--there's a lot of threads on this forum regarding the right amount of time on each island.
