Yes, I would worry - and claim the miles in accordance with American Airlines' procedures.

N.B. to members: MX is now part of oneworld, and will earn EQ and RD miles, in accord with this page <link>.

No aadvantage # on the boarding card on the outgoing flts but I made sure at check-in that the number is in my file. On the return flts , the number was on the boarding cards.
No credit for the miles by today ( on aadvantage )
Should I worry ?
