They need to change the layout in the left section anyway. If all seats are taken in the "inner" row, it is difficult to get to or from the "window" row.
Then they can replace the dirty carpet, this looks like a UA WCC ( worn carpet club ).
The buffet is definitely mediocre, most of the hot ( pretty tasteless) food becomes unedible after 1 hour. Fully agree with the comments on the amateur service staff and the idiotic car timings.

BTW I filled out a comment card on the stained carpet about 12 months ago.
Nothing happened! I doubt that anybody in upper management reads FT and if so they don't take care
