hillrider -- yep, had this problem back in late Jan as well as today. You're right, the online data is not correct. The dial-in FLIFO info usually is correct, so I tend to use that instead of the web (even though the info, I would think would be the same.)

Also of note, AA never called me today on two seperate occasions when my flights (and rebooked flts) were cancelled. US did call at 3:30 AM to tell me that one of the rebooked flts (on US) was cancelled.

Then, when speaking with AA this AM, I was unimpressed with the knowledge of the res agent, this lady could not understand that I wanted to have my tix signed over to another carrier... it blew her mind. After giving her the approx departure times (yes, I know, I should have had the exact times and flt #'s for her) she said no such thing existed. So only so much "Yes it does exist" will work, I took her best offer, did some checking on my own and called back with all the info, this lady still didn't get it, she asked a supervisor and the supervisor said that since I already had my one choice of changing the tix, I couldn't have another... Oh God, so I had to go through the whole thing again explaining and then she tells me I need to call AA's website tech people for the fix... Yeah, I know, I'm not sure what exactly she had been smoking before coming to work, but it obvisouly was taking effect. Finally got another supervisor, who was great, knew what I wanted, did everything to the T, and of course the flts were full, so the tix couldn't be signed over.
