The CO.com rules are misleading as they are written. They should have 3 groups (Elite & *A members), bizfirst, and first/international first.

CO could have 2 groups by combining elite, *A members, and bizfirst, and leave first/international first as the 2nd group, but then they would have to get rid of the time range statement wrt elites and *A members.

Either way the statements are confusing in their current form.
