NB - there are two service loops. Trains on the inner loop serve all terminals. Trains on the outer loop will stop at Terminals 5/6, 7 and 8/9 (your stop) and then continue off-airport to parking and connecting train service. You should take whichever train arrives first.
The inner loop (connecting airport terminals only), goes counter-clockwise: 8,7,..,2,1 and then loops back to 8; the outer-loop would go 4, 5, 7, 8 (there is no special stop for 6, and 2-3 is one stop)
So while either loop seems OK, there are times when the outer-loop of the AT is overcrowded, so luggage can cause a problem. The inner-loop is not used by most passengers, a lot of airline/airport employees use this one.
