I have used them a couple of times and cancelled/rebooked hotels through them without a problem.
I like them for booking hotels in Canada. They seem to be less expensive than others.
I booked a three day stay at the Vancouver Waterfront for just over $100 per night with tax., it was a 2 nights get the 3rd free.
US rates seem to be about the same as other sites.
