well, it's not! They operate on a voucher system and almost all rates are not refundable. However, I have found them to be very reliable. Also check otel, they are sometime a bit cheaper (looks a reseller of GTA) and offer 5% cashback (on top of the normal cashback you can earn).
GTA I think gives 5% cashback through e.g. mrrebates.
