Problem with multiple segments?
Anyone else seen this? Traveling DEN-XXX-YYY - check in online with UA MP number. Then visit the online checkin again to change from UA to BD frequent flier number. The change was only applied to the first segment (DEN-XXX) and the XXX-YYY segment retained the UA FF number. I wanted both segments to go to BD to top off that account for requalification.
Also tried on Mr Chicken and same deal - although the boarding pass for XXX-YYY had no frequent flier information on it at all.
As feared, first segment posted to BD, second posted to UA.
Anyone experience this and any way to get the kiosk or online checkin to change both flight segments - so I can avoid human interaction?
