I will be arriving in JFK Terminal 8 and have to go to Station C Federal Circle to catch the Hotel shuttle, I know I can use the Air train to get to the station, I have two questions

1. Can I take my luggage cart on the trains that serve these stations? (I took my luggage cart on my previous visit on the trains that served all terminals)

2. Is there a fare, and where should I get the ticket, I will just need to use this for a single ride.
