Right but if you are not elite, and purchase some $8000 international BF ticket, you might still be charged a fee for having a 57 lb bag. Makes terrible business sense to me.
I agree with the above that it is most likely First and International First that have this. I saw a guy checking in at SAT for Panama (sorry dont know airport code) and he had to pay for one bag and all. I mentioned that it was 3 and she mentioned that it had changed. Opps!!
