I just flew IND-CLT-RSW then RSW-PHL-IND out on 1/5 and returned 1/9. I did the online check in and was offered $100 each time (each way to/from RSW; flights to/from IND were E-Jets) to upgrade. I ignored it and when I checked my bag at the preferred desk, I asked nicely and was upgraded both times without any issues. It was a coach SAVER award ticket.
