Tomorrow we are going from LAX to BOS on the red-eye.

It is the Mrs. birthday and I would like to upgrade her so she could get some rest on the plane instead of being squished back in coach.

We are booked in "Q" class now. Is it possible to do? If so, how much $$, or how many miles?
